I am a Psychologist and Psychosexual therapist based in Lindisfarne, Hobart, TAS with lived experience with ADHD. Getting a diagnosis in adulthood has made me passionate about working with ADHD and I love assisting others with going through the process after diagnosis or even when querying diagnosis.

I can assist you to help find what works for you and your own individual brain. ADHD is complex and can affect every part of life so having someone on your side can help immensely. I work with helping clients be able to study/work better for themselves, finding your strengths and what makes you happy. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) and emotional instability are usually some of the hardest parts of ADHD and yet is left out of what is included in diagnosis, by acknowledging and working with these it can assist you in not feeling as though you can never live up to your own expectations and putting everyone else's needs before your own. Finding your interests and how to live to your life the way that works best for you to help you empower yourself and live the life you want to.

As a Psychosexual Therapist, I can help with the sex and relationship issues that come alongside with ADHD, such as hypersexuality and hyposexuality, touch can feel overwhelming, becoming distracted during sex, boredom, avoidance as well as infidelity.
Relationship issues, I can assist you on how you see your relationship, communication issues, changing/assisting the dysfunctional relationship patterns and find your strengths.
