Lisa is a neurodivergent Clinical Psychologist who understands the importance of working with people within a neuroaffirming framework. Her passion is helping people find a deeper level of understanding of themselves - especially their strengths - through assessment and therapy. Lisa utilises a number of evidence-based treatment methods in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Unified Protocol (UP).
Lisa has worked in not-for-profit, private practice, government, and tertiary sectors, so has a wide range of experience in providing individuals with assistance in different contexts. Her passion is working with adults, including those who are neurodivergent, those who identify as LGBTQIA+, and those with bipolar, anxiety and depression.
Lisa is a member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA) and is a Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) Approved Supervisor. She completed her university studies at Macquarie University and the University of Canberra, culminating in a Master of Clinical Psychology.
